Returns, Exchanges, or Refund Policy
At Ego Vision, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process.
How to Return an Item:
1. Sign into your account: Access your account on egovision.shop.
2. Find your order: Navigate to "My Orders" and click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s): Choose the item(s) you wish to return, indicate the reason for return, and submit your request.
4. Choose a mailing method:
o Self-send the package
o Drop off at one of our retail locations
o Arrange a pickup service
5. Customer support: Our customer service team will contact you to confirm your return request and provide further instructions.
Processing & Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will:
• Confirm the parcel and update your return status.
• Process the return and refund within 7 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to your account for future use.
Return Conditions:
• Items must be returned in their unused condition, with all original packaging.
• We do not accept items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
• All returns must be coordinated with Ego Vision before sending the item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless dropping off at one of our retail locations.
Refunds:
• Returns will be processed within 7 days after we receive the package.
• The refund will be credited to your account for future purchases.
