1. WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Inside Dhaka Metro City we will have our own dedicated delivery team to deliver at your doorsteps. Any order outside Dhaka Metro City we will either use SA Paribahan or Sundarban Courier service.

2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

You can use any local or international debit/credit card for your online purchase. Bkash is also available for mobile payment.

4. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, with an additional fee of 4000 BDT we will use either FedEx or DHL to ship your order to your doorstep.

5. WHERE DO I SUBMIT MY EYE POWER DETAILS?

We offer multiple options to provide your prescription to us – upload a picture, enter it online, email us customer.service@fg-bd.com with your name and order number.
